Following months of underground sewer construction and golf course improvements, Waukee’s Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course is ready to open for the 2017 season! The course will open on Tuesday, Apr. 18. While this opening date is occurring later than is typical for the course, Sugar Creek staff members are thrilled that it is actually opening weeks earlier than they expected based on the original construction and improvement timelines.
The golf course, located at 1505 6th Street in Waukee, will now open daily at 7 a.m. and will remain open for play until dusk or until approximately 8 p.m. Golfers can call 515-987-5247 to reserve a tee time.
Weekday golf prices are $16 per round or $26 per round with cart included. Weekend golf prices are $17 per round or $27 per round with cart included. Seniors can take advantage of weekday morning tee times for $10 per round or $20 per round with cart included.
