Rob Grove is committed to responsible governance, collaborative leadership and ensuring Waukee’s continued success as a thriving and welcoming community while keeping the hometown feel. Professionally, Rob is the Operations Director at Trust Bridge Wealth Advisors, where he oversees organizational operations and leads strategic planning efforts to ensure efficient, client-focused service. His professional experience provides him with a strong foundation in accountability, problem-solving and fiscal responsibility.
Rob previously served as Board Chair of the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce and is a board member of Waukee Rotary, supporting initiatives that strengthen the local community. He also has served as Vice Chair of the American Red Cross Central Iowa Chapter, helping guide humanitarian and disaster-response efforts across the region. In addition, Rob is an active member of Summitcreek Church, serving on the Dream Team, and volunteers with Meals from the Heartland to help combat hunger.
